The UK's best one day hike from London
ENQUIREA great destination for a one day company off site close to London - perfect as either a charity challenge or as a team get together. The Seven Sisters is one of the most beautiful places in the UK and provides the setting for the best one day hike originating in London or the South East. Super accessible from London, the Seadford to Eastbourne route takes in some of the most beautiful scenery in the South Downs National Park, if not the entire south of England, including the Birling Gap and cliffs at Beachy Head. Starting at Seaford Station (which has regular trains direct from London Victoria) we hike the coastal trail for 14 miles (22.5km) enjoying incredible channel views for the entire route; we finish at Eastbourne Station for direct trains back to the capital. The hike lasts 7-8 hours including lunch and rest stops. Free of any technical sections, it is suitable for anyone with a moderate level of fitness. Lead by our CEO, Oliver Browne, a professional adventurer and certified Mountain Leader he will be accompanied by London Ambulance Service paramedic, and adventurer Callum Lees-Walsh and other Mountain Leaders.

The Seven Sisters Day Hike can take up to 7 hours, including regular rest breaks. There is some ascending and descending to be done, but anyone with moderate fitness can complete this walk
Participants should come dressed for a hike in the English countryside, meaning hiking shoes or boots, layered clothing and waterproofs.
There are lots of exit points along the route and we will see anyone safely into a taxi to Eastbourne.
The path we use is good, but we still recommend wearing hiking shoes.
It is easy to get dehydrated when hiking! There will be lots of water available for participants. They will just need the all important bottle.
Trains are by far the best way of joining this linear hike thanks to superb connections with central London.
